However, flowers are seasonal and have production and shipping cycles that may affect your order. We only order premium flowers from reliable growers and try to provide the freshest product possible. Occasionally, weather or shipping problems can occur. If we must substitute, we promise to do it with your vision and best wishes in mind. We will gladly exchange any purchase from our gift boutique accompanied by your receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. Sorry, no refunds at this time.
